IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. Therefor, it gives a certificate of English language proficiency for both academic and general. If you are a student, you have to go through the Academic IELTS test and if you are candidate of migration, you have to go through the General IELTS test. IELTS test marking scale starts with “0” zero and the highest score is “9”.
